Inspire Hearts of Others Card

 Hello crafty friends!

Last week I dyed some papers using an old bottle of dye mist with rust water.  I used some of those papers on this card.

 The background is an old book page with script stamped on it.  The heart was cut from dyed paper.  I've popped the heart and tag up with Thin 3D Foam Squares. Verse is from Tim Holtz, heart and background dies form Gina K and tag die from Heidi Swapp.

Autumn Leaf Card

 Hello Friends!

I posted this card on Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Blog today.  This card makes a bold statement and is easy to make.  

The leaf is stamped with Distress Archival Ground Expresso, clear heat embossed and then colors of Distress inks sponged over it. 

I stamped the same leaf stamp with Distress Antique Linen ink to make the background. 

"Autumn" and verse are stamped with Versafine Black Onyx ink. For the verse, I stamped off the ink on scrap paper once before stamping on card to make it slightly less bold. 

Card size is 4.25 x 5.75 inches

Happy 4th of July Tag

 Hi friends!

Applying metallic foil over 3D Foam Stars makes such shiny bright stars!  And it's easy to do!

The background panel with stars and stripes is made from washi tape on white cardstock with red foil between the tape. Easy technique!

Mini Watercolor Flowers Card

Hello friends!

Today, I have a card posted on Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Blog featuring mini die cut flowers that have been colored with watercolors.  I chose not to use all the die-cut pieces for centers and shading and instead painted shading and centers. I love how pretty the colors are on that tiny envelope!  

Flower dies are from Sizzix Tim Holtz Brushstroke Flowers, Mini and the envelope is from Postale. The stamp for definition and verse are from Heidi Swapp February Agenda.  I used Distress Oxide inks Forest Moss, Uncharted Mariner and Lumberjack Plaid for stamping.  The "Just for You" is an old stamp that I have.  Those words could easily be handwritten instead.

Christmas Tree Tag

 Hello friends!

I'm back with a Christmas Tree Tag to share.  Seems I'm on a roll with Christmas Trees as my last post was a Christmas Tree card!  Tis the season!  

This is a very easy tag to duplicate.  Simply cut all the tags and trees whenever you have a few minutes.  Then it's easy to assemble them at another time
