Halloween Treat Bag

 Hello crafty friends!

As I write this, it is the end of September.  As October looms around the corner, Halloween will soon be here.  I tend to be a last-minute person most of the time but today I'm way ahead by sharing a Halloween Treat Bag.  Of course, it's always good to make ahead to be ready for treats!

The basic treat bag is quite easy to make with #8 white tags and some scraps of white cardstock.  It can easily be made with cardstock cut to same size as #8 tags which is 3.125 x 6.25 inches.

This Halloween Treat Bag is posted on Scrapbook Adhesives Blog today. There many step-out photos with directions to make this treat bag HERE.

I stamped and used Distress Spray Stains on the front tag but it could easily be decorated with decorative papers, die cuts or a different stamped design.  It's so easy to make and assemble with Crafty Power Tape!

This is one of the process photos.  For more details go to Scrapbook Adhesives Blog HERE.

Thanks for visiting!  Hope you stop again!

Specimen Fall Leaves Card

Hello crafty friends!

Although I don't look forward to what follows Fall, I sure enjoy the colors at this time of year!  That's my inspiration for making this card.  It's on the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L blog today.

It features a small die cut envelope and folder cut with dies by Tim Holtz from Sizzix - Specimen and Collector and leaves I stamped with Tim Holtz set Nature's Wonder.  I also used stamps from Tim Holtz Field Notes, Tiny Toadstools and The Scarecrow.  Leaves are from Nature's Wonder, stamping on envelope insert and on folder are from Field Notes, stamping on small envelope are from Tiny Toadstools and the verse is from The Scarecrow.

Does the red cardstock look stitched?  I hope so but it's not!  I poked holes along edges with a needle tool and Tim Holtz ruler which has holes along one edge.  Then I used a Uni-Ball Signo Micro black pen to draw the lines over the holes.

You'll find details on how to make the card on Scrapbook Adhesives Blog - HERE

Thanks so much for stopping!
