Some treat bags for my grandkids! This time I decorated a small jar candle.  It's only about 4-5" tall.  I'd measure it but I don't have it here!  It's at Fond Memories, my LSS.  They sell the candles. Here's a way to decorate a jar candle for Fall! Easy to adapt to any season by changing the colors and verse. I've used Spellbinders S5-073 Orchard Harvest Tags and Accents along with E8-002 Classic Bracket Edgeabilities to make the band.  This is a Dollar Tree frame! At least, it started that way! To start, I painted the edges of the frame black.  Then I adhered a piece of brown designer paper over the front.  I liked the texture  and subtle color variation better than painting it.  I added some Distress Walnut Stain and Black Soot ink to it, too!  Next, I cut and embossed a frame of black glossy card stock using Spellbinders

This is a card I created with Artistic Outpost's new Typography set, a wonderful collection of inspirational verses. I used an image from Gatsby behind the verse, stamped with Distress Brushed Corduroy ink once stamped off. I used my heat gun to dry the ink before stamping the verse with Versafine Onyx Black and then clear heat embossed it. The frame is cut with Spellbinders S4-019 Labels

Hello Blogger Friends! I have a card to share today created with stamps from Artistic Outpost.  The verse is from the new set Typography!  What a great collection of verses to compliment all the Artistic Outpost stamps! The barn scene is from the set Home.  After I stamped it with Espresso ink, I cut around the barn part.  That eliminated the cancellation stamp that's part of the stamp.

Here's a card I created for Artistic Outpost!  I've used stamps from Loverly London and London Underground.  These sets work so well together!  I stamped a collage for the background using the London skyline in black with Big Ben. This is a really simple card I created with stamps from Artistic Outpost's new set Loverly London! I created this birthday card with the telegram stamp from Ephemeral Backgrounds.  I added "Birthday" from Polaroid Cutie by masking off "Happy" when I inked it.  I dressed it up with a black mat, rounded corners and Distress ink.  I layered it onto a die cut embossed metal shape cut with the new Spellbinders Labels Twenty One!  I embossed it over Spellbinders Floral and Stone Impressabilities

'morning, everyone! I'm in LA for CHA! So wonderful to get away from the cold of Minnesota and all the snow! Yesterday was the first day of the show! The highlight for me was seeing my artwork in the Spellbinders booth! The booth is beautiful! Fabulous artwork! I can't share any photos as yet. Maybe by the end of the show..... Flying to LA for CHA! I'm actually in flight as I write this! How incredible is that!!! I'm excited to see all the new products! Of course, I'll be heading to the Spellbinders booth to see everyone. This layout features a photo that I took last January when the sun came out after a raging snowstorm!  We had so much snow then!  It could easily be a photo from this January!  We have a lot of snow again! I created this card in blue with Artistic Outpost's set called Jane's Countryside. I stamped "Jane" and colored her in hues of blue and blue-green using Copic markers. Happy New Year! I hope you're snug and warm wherever you are!  Snowy road! This is my world this New Year's Day! Here's a stamped gift box that's quite quick to make! This is one of my Artistic Outpost projects for the Jane's Countryside stamps.  I chose a scene stamp hoping for a toille look.  I'm happy with how it turned out! I started with a 4 x 4 x 4" white gift box that I ordered from Oriental Trading.  You could do this on any solid color gift box! I offset the stamped images to fit together as best

This is an ornament I put together with a wonderful vintage Santa image from Artistic Outpost's Snowy Woods. He's one of my favorite Santa stamps! It's really quite easy to make! I used a frame from Ranger, a 2"x2" Memory Frame and Memory Glass, as the base. No soldering needed, the frame simply closes with a tiny metal tab. Easy! Today, I have a card to share created with stamps from Artistic Outpost's Ave Maria and Sleigh Ride.
